Welcome to Koordina ("Koordina," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using Koordina.
1.1: Koordina is a community-driven coordination platform for sharing rides.
1.3: Koordina does not assign rides, guarantee availability, or act as an intermediary for payments. All ride-sharing activities are voluntary agreements between private individuals.
A transport network vehicle service (TNVS)
A ride-hailing or dispatch company
A logistics or delivery provider
A payment processor
Ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and compliant with applicable laws.
Having a valid driver's license (for drivers).
Coordinating pickup and drop-off arrangements with other users.
Ensuring their own safety and security during shared rides.
Respect community guidelines and other members.
Provide accurate information when posting or joining rides.
Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times.
3.1: Any displayed cost estimates are for awareness only and do not constitute fares, required payments, or enforceable fees.
3.2: Koordina does not handle, process, or facilitate payments of any kind.
3.3: Any cost-sharing is a private and voluntary arrangement between the driver and passengers.
Users must NOT use Koordina to:
Operate as a professional driver-for-hire, TNVS, or commercial fleet.
Charge mandatory fares or operate for profit.
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful conduct toward others.
Post misleading, false, or fraudulent ride offers.
The conduct, safety, or reliability of users.
The condition or legality of vehicles used.
The completion of any rides arranged through the platform.
You assume full responsibility for your own participation in any ride.
Koordina shall not be held liable for accidents, disputes, damages, or losses arising from use of the platform.
Koordina respects your privacy. Limited information (such as profile details and trip postings) may be visible to other users to facilitate coordination. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Koordina reserves the right to suspend or remove users who violate these Terms, engage in unsafe practices, or misuse the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
