Together, let's ease traffic β one shared ride at a time.
Commuting in the Philippines is a daily challenge. Every day, millions of Filipinos spend hours on congested roads, losing valuable time and energy. At Koordina, we believe that while traffic won't fix itself, Filipinos can come together to create solutions that make everyone's commute lighter and more efficient.
Koordina does not operate as a transport or logistics company. We are not a ride-hailing or booking service and do not aim to replace public transportation. Instead, we serve as a free, community-driven platform where commuters can voluntarily connect and collaborate to share rides in a legal and community-oriented manner.
Drivers share their fixed routes (e.g., "Quezon City to Ortigas, 7 AM"), so passengers can browse and join if the route suits their schedule.
Passengers can search for stops or meeting points along a driver's posted route. Users independently coordinate β no automatic ride assignment.
We provide an estimated fuel cost per trip for awareness only β not a fare. All cost-sharing arrangements are voluntary and at users' sole discretion.
Provide a ride-matching or dispatch system β users are responsible for initiating connections and making agreements.
Process, collect, or distribute payments β including digital wallets, bank transfers, or in-app transactions.
Calculate or enforce fares or payments β any cost-sharing is purely voluntary and independent of our platform.
Take any commissions, fees, or profits from shared rides posted in the community.
Onboard professional or commercial fleets or drivers β this platform is strictly for individual, non-commercial participants.
Koordina was created with a vision to foster collaboration among Filipino commuters. While traffic in the Philippines won't disappear overnight, we believe that small actions can lead to significant improvements. By sharing rides, we can collectively create positive change:
Fewer vehicles on the road means reduced traffic for everyone.
Voluntary cost-sharing lowers transportation costs for drivers and passengers alike.
Fewer cars on the road means a more sustainable, greener future for all.
Fostering genuine connections and community spirit over isolation on the road.
One shared ride at a time.
